30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return an unused AegisVault Core Mk.I within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To qualify:

• The product must be in original, resaleable condition
• All original packaging, inserts, and components must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and security reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused after delivery. Opened foam inserts may be non-returnable if they cannot be resold.

How to Start a Return

Email support@aegisvault.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping address within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your AegisVault arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping where applicable.

Exchanges

Need a different Ledger wallet variant? Contact support before returning — we can often exchange without a full return cycle when inventory allows.

AegisVault Core Mk.I is a physical protective enclosure for Ledger hardware wallets. We are not affiliated with Ledger SAS. "Ledger" is a trademark of its respective owner. Product images and specifications are provided for accuracy; minor variations in finish or packaging may occur without notice.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limits). Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

AegisVault Core Mk.I is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, or normal wear. Contact support with proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability

AegisVault is a physical protection product. We do not custody, access, or recover cryptocurrency, seed phrases, or digital assets. We are not liable for loss of crypto assets, data, or consequential damages arising from hardware wallet use or failure. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" except as expressly stated in these Terms and our warranty. We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, photography, and product design are owned by AEGISVAULT or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use our materials without written permission.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Expedited: 2–3 business days after dispatch (where offered at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations where available at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. The recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees charged by their country.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Promotional free shipping offers, when active, will be shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment may not be possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier and our support team within 7 days. We will assist with claims where possible.
